Delete your account

You can delete your Pikrmint account and its associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app

Login is disabled and direct account identifiers are scrubbed immediately. Uploaded-media cleanup begins immediately and is retried if a storage provider is temporarily unavailable.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@pikrmint.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request and delete your account within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes or disables:

• Your account and login credentials (email, username, display name, password)
• Your scan, inspection, submission and collection images
• Your public profile and access to scans, collections and social features
• Your API keys and active login sessions
• Traceable AI-training contributions and shared recognition vectors

What may be retained

• Limited service records. Non-public relational records may remain against a disabled internal record for database integrity, fraud prevention, or an applicable legal obligation while direct profile identifiers and media are removed.
• Limited transaction records. Records legally required for payment and tax purposes may be retained by us or Stripe, Google Play, and Apple for the required period, then deleted.
• Encrypted backups. Pre-deletion copies expire through the backup retention cycle and are not restored into normal service without reapplying completed erasures.
