Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Pikrmint mobile and web apps and this website (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. Questions: support@pikrmint.com.

1. The Service

Pikrmint is an AI-powered collecting companion: you scan trading cards and sports cards, and the Service identifies them, estimates condition and market value, and helps you organise, track and share your collection, with gamification and community features on top.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age of digital consent where you live). You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Plans, billing and cancellation

• Free includes 40 scans per month and the core collecting features, at no cost.
• Pro (€4.99/month or €39.99/year) and Collector+ (€9.99/month or €79.99/year) are auto-renewing subscriptions processed by Stripe. You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, and no partial refunds are given for unused time except where the law requires.
• Certificates beyond your plan's monthly allowance are one-time purchases (€1.99 each).
• We may change prices or plan contents; changes to a paid plan take effect at your next renewal and will be announced in advance.

4. AI results are estimates — important

• Identification, condition grades and authenticity verdicts are AI-assisted estimates. They are not a professional grading or authentication service and do not replace PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC or any other grader or authenticator.
• Values are market-derived estimates. Where a card is identified, values are based on third-party market data (such as Cardmarket and TCGplayer prices) adjusted for condition; where it isn't, a labelled rough estimate is shown. Values, valuation history and projections are informational only and are not financial, investment or insurance advice.
• Insurance reports and certificates are structured declarations generated from your scans. They are not professional appraisals; consult a certified appraiser for high-value items or formal insurance requirements.
• Buying, selling or grading decisions you make based on the Service are your own responsibility.

5. Your content

You own the photos you scan and the data you enter. You grant us the licence needed to operate the Service: storing and processing your images (including sending an image to a specialist card-recognition provider when needed for identification) and displaying your content back to you and to anyone you choose to share it with. If you enable the separate, revocable AI-improvement consent in the app, you additionally allow us to use your card photos, anonymised, to improve recognition. Public sharing (profiles, leaderboards, share cards, certificates) is opt-in as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service. In particular, don't:

• use it for anything unlawful, or upload content that is infringing, abusive or harmful;
• attempt to deceive other collectors (for example, misrepresenting certificates or AI results as professional grading);
• probe, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service or access other users' data;
• resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement.

7. Third-party names and marks

Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, Cardmarket, TCGplayer and other names are trademarks of their respective owners. Pikrmint is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.

8. Availability and changes

The Service evolves quickly — features may be added, changed or removed, and availability is not guaranteed. We aim for high uptime but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pikrmint is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from decisions made in reliance on AI estimates. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account Settings → Delete account), which permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.

11. Changes to these terms

We'll post updates here and update the date above; material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
