Good to know
Which cards does Pikrmint support?+
Pikrmint supports Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering and One Piece today. More games and collectible categories are on the roadmap — supporting a new game doesn't change anything about your existing collection.
Do I need to install anything?+
No. The Pikrmint web app runs in your phone or desktop browser — scanning works straight from your mobile browser camera. Native iOS and Android apps are coming soon, and your account will carry over.
Is it really free?+
Yes. The Free plan includes 40 scans every month, Fast Scan identification with live market value, collection and portfolio tracking, and the full collecting game — no credit card required. Paid plans add unlimited scanning, condition grading, analytics and more.
Is the AI grade official?+
No. Pikrmint provides AI-assisted condition estimates and grading guidance. It is useful for sorting, tracking and deciding what to submit, but it does not replace PSA, BGS, CGC or another official grader.
What does Collector+ unlock?+
Collector+ includes everything in Pro, then adds AI-assisted authenticity indicators, historical trend projections, investment analytics, insurance-ready summaries and full valuation history.
What is an insurance-ready report?+
It is a collection report designed to help document your cards, estimated market value and ownership context for your own records or insurer conversations. It is not a formal appraisal or an insurance policy.
Is the authenticity result definitive?+
No. Pikrmint provides an AI-assisted authenticity assessment and confidence guidance. It is not a guarantee and does not replace examination by a qualified professional authenticator.
Where do card values come from?+
When a card is identified against the catalogue, its value comes from real market pricing (Cardmarket and TCGplayer data), adjusted for condition. When a card can't be identified, the app shows a clearly labelled rough estimate instead. Your own recorded purchase price always takes priority for your portfolio total.
