Delete your account

You can delete your Pikrmint account and its associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app

Your account and data are removed immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@pikrmint.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request and delete your account within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account and login credentials (email, username, display name, password)
• Your scan photos and identification results
• Your collection, portfolio, purchase prices, favorites and wishlist
• Price alerts and portfolio value history
• Your profile, activity, XP, achievements, follows and likes

What may be retained

• Anonymous catalogue contributions. If you opted in to contribute scans to our recognition training data, those are anonymous card photos with no link to your identity, and are kept.
• Limited transaction records. Records we are legally required to keep (for example, payment and tax records held via our payment processor, Stripe) are retained for the period required by law, then deleted.
